As open finance frameworks continue to take shape across jurisdictions, this Summit will focus on implementation, cross-border alignment, and key policy considerations, including the growing role of agentic AI in enabling more intelligent, automated, and consumer-centric financial services.

9:20am-10:05am: From Open Finance to Open Data
Open finance has demonstrated the transformative potential of consumer-permissioned data sharing. As policymakers and innovators increasingly explore data portability beyond financial services, this panel will examine how the principles underpinning open finance can serve as a foundation for broader cross-sector data ecosystems. Panelists will discuss emerging opportunities in sectors including energy, retail, commerce, and digital services; the role of interoperability and competition policy; and the governance frameworks needed to ensure consumers can securely access, control, and benefit from their data across the economy.
